Zine

2020 BistoCon Zine

Help us celebrate Bodie, Doyle, and all things Pros in the 2020 BistoCon e-zine.

We’re looking for a few (dozen) fic writers (slash, gen, or both if you can swing it), essayists, artists, poets, pundits, puzzlers, punsters, limerick-ers, cartoonists, trivia addicts, drabblers, humorists, quoters, or any other -ist or -ers that have to do with our lads. Multiple submissions are invited and crossovers are welcome as long as Pros is the main focus.

When sending your submission, please make sure the title of the piece and your author name and email address are in the file itself. Once a file is separated from your email, we can lose track of those important details. If you want to add your AO3, Dreamwith, Tumblr, or other fannish ID, you can include those as well.

We want exclusive rights to your work up to and for six months after the con, that is, until February 10, 2021. That means whatever you submit must be new, not published anywhere in print or on the net even in part, and that you won’t post it anywhere online or publish it elsewhere until that date. On and after February 10th, it’s all yours.

Send submissions and/or questions needing a private response to zine@bistocon.org.

Deadline for submissions is June 1, 2020, but feel free to beat the rush and get yours in sooner. Deadlines might make a lovely whooshing sound as they go by, but missing this one won’t get your lovely creation in the BistoCon zine for all to see. And we really want to see it.
